Ampersand Cake Co LLC is a cake, cupcake and dessert shop serving Denmark, WI and the surrounding areas. The team pairs hometown favorites and comfort treats with upscale styling. They offer custom cakes and treats, dessert catering and custom wedding cakes. Owner Jennifer Treu is a native Wisconsinite from De Pere where she graduated in 1997. With 20 years’ experience in the industry, she is delighted to bring her recipes to Denmark since 2020, where she serves with a 3 person team. Ampersand, named for the & symbol, is the “extra” in life- drizzle it with chocolate, add some color, and serve it with a smile- it’s the perfect way to celebrate all Wisconsin has to offer.
