At the Cottage Cakerie, we believe that dessert at family gatherings shouldn’t be a stressful question of who can eat what – or who is STUCK with eating what – but rather a simple delight that all can share together, whether they have allergies or not. My cakes and other goodies are always 100% gluten free; designed to be safe for my family members who are deathly allergic to gluten and tested and tweaked until my wheat-eating relatives are also happy with them. Let me help you simplify your next celebration with a custom designed gluten-free cake or desert spread. All items are homemade from scratch by me personally, using quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible – just as I’ve always made them at home for my own family.
