Vilma Moredo, a seasoned entrepreneur, joined forces with her two daughters Andrea Moredo Benson, the creative force of the business, and Samantha Moredo, the head pastry chef of FiliChateau. This dynamic family trio combined their culinary and creative talents to bring a taste of the Philippines and of France to Music City Nashville! This Filipino-French cafe, bakery, and patisserie is a culture hub that also features local musicians and artists for live music, trivia game nights, karaoke fun, and fundraising events to support nonprofits and share the Filipino and French culture to the world, starting with Tennessee. It is located in the heart of Mt. Juliet across West Wilson Middle School.
