Welcome to our new location in New South Marketplace! B’s offers breakfast and lunch on weekdays & all-day brunch on weekends, along with a full coffee and espresso bar. We are also a scratch bakery, making a wide variety of sourdough bread, bagels, pastries, cookies, cupcakes and croissants daily. B’s is 100% vegetarian and predominantly plant-based. By making everything in-house, we are able to provide you with a delicious and healthy experience - from our own salad dressings, jams and fillings, to buttercreams and beyond. We also focus on high-quality ingredients, including organic Janie’s Mill flour, Guittard chocolate, and direct trade Guatemalan coffee from De La Gente.
