Our passion is to bring our customers “old fashioned goodness” through a strong focus on quality ingredients, small batch mixing and attention to detail. With ever increasing demands on our time and the increased accessibility of commercial products, we believe that baking – truly good baking – is becoming a lost skill. Nothing delights us more than to hear a customer say “mmmm, that tastes like my grandmother’s.” We also believe in uplifting others and the sustainability of our local community. As a result, we use many locally sourced ingredients.
