Although the business name is translated to “Two Brothers”, it is more of a family affair. Gabriel and Josue Azcorra dove head first into the baking industry. After nearly a decade managing the artisan old-schooler Delphina’s—who serviced large clients like Trader Joe’s and Costco—they started up Dos Hermanos in a tiny 1,000 sq. ft. space on N. Williams back in 2018. This year Dos Hermanos Bakery took 1st place for Best Bakery in the 2024 Best of Portland Readers Poll.
