Cottage baker. Artisan breads. Fresh milled locally sourced whole grains naturally leavened. Sourdough with bold flavors. Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt. That’s it. Also special cookies and other breads, but all using freshly milled or flaked grains and organic local small producer ingredients whenever possible.
