Independently owned and operated pâtisserie in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. All products are handcrafted from scratch using local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. I offer individual pastry as well as boutique pastry boxes by pre-order. Specializing in classic & modern French pastry, viennoiserie, gâteaux pâtisserie & confectionery, with focus on layered flavors & varied texture. All items are home produced in a kitchen which regularly uses wheat, egg, dairy, and tree nuts. NO WALK-UPS. Pre-order via my website for scheduled dates and pickup times. Hours vary.
