I bake to order and don't keep an inventory. Please allow at least 1 week or more for specialty cakes. Please note that I work out of my home by appointment only. I make cakes and desserts for all occasions including yet not limited to weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, business functions, and dinner parties. All of my cakes, fillings, and butter creams are made from scratch in small batches. The ingredients are always of the highest quality. I offer a wide range of flavors to choose from. My products include traditional flour cakes as well as gluten free, vegan, organic, lactose and casein free, sugar free, refined sugar free, allergy and egg free. Recipes can be adapted to any dietary sensitivities.
