We are an ancient grain Spelt bakery located in the heart of Amish Country. It is our local heritage and our values that have driven us to do what is right even when it isn't easy. For instance, only baking in small batches (100 loaves) when many bread companies automate and manufacture their breads by the thousands. Or by refusing to add chemical preservatives or flavors or synthetic vitamins and more. Our mission still stands to create high quality, minimally processed and delicious Spelt baked goods with only a handful of recognizable ingredients that our customers can feel good about feeding their families.
