Here at Gallatin Gourmet we bake to order and prepare fresh and frozen fresh entree's and side dishes in a variety of sizes sourcing many organic local ingredients. This includes beef, pork, lamb, chicken and a wide selection of organic vegetables. Some of our specialties include lasagna, enchiladas, Sicilian meatloaf, soups and our famous biscuits and gravy. All is made from scratch! Be sure to contact us with your custom orders. Our baked goods always include organic flour (whole grain flours are freshly milled), eggs and milk. Favorites are German chocolate cake, pecan sticky buns, lefse, hand pies, brioche orange rolls, cinnamon raisin bread, whole grain breads, candied ginger cookies plus way more. special requests are welcome.
