Flathead Bread is a local neighborhood artisan sourdough bread bakery. Our breads are baked with organic flours from the Northwest United States. We strive to utilize local goods whenever possible in all our breads and delectables. All our flours are organic, no preservatives or additives in our breads. Flour, water and salt...honest bread. Each loaf is handmade and long fermented to bring out the wonderful flavor of the wheat we love so much. We service our local Kalispell and Whitefish farmers markets throughout the spring/summer/fall seasons. Take a peek at what's available each week as we like to change it up on occasion. We look forward to baking for you! Note: At this time we do not offer pickup at our location.
