Welcome to Unicorn Baking Co. I am a cottage baker that had always been that person that loved to bring dessert to any occasion that required food. 😋I love to bake and I LOVE being creative. So now that I’m retired from the corporate world I love having the time to create custom cookies, cakes and other sweets. 😊🥰 I get especially excited when a customer gives me a basic theme or color and then gives me full design control. Seeing their reaction to the completed cake or cookies makes this the best job ever. And I also love receiving compliments on the flavors of my cakes (vanilla almond is specialty) and vanilla-almond and strawberry compete for top flavor of my custom sugar cookies.
