Brooke and Emma started a bakery to share their love of sweets with as many people as possible! Brooke Mardis is our pastry chef who studied culinary arts at The W. She heads up operations and creates the beautiful designs for all our custom desserts you see on our social media (@bremmasbakery). She is created and tests all our recipes making each cake, cookie and cheesecake perfectly delicious!
