Baker's Field is a wholesale flour mill and bakery, stone-milling whole grains into fresh flour and baking naturally leavened breads and pastries. Baker’s Field sources unique grains directly from farmers in the Upper Midwest. We are based out of FOOD BUILDING in Northeast Minneapolis. We are primarily a wholesale mill and bakery, but we also sell flour, grain, bread and pastry direct to customers for special pickup or catering orders from our facility. Please note we do not have a retail space, all orders must be completed online ahead of pickup.
