We are open by appointment only. The Cake Boutique specializes in high end center of attention celebration cakes to the Kalamazoo, Portage & Mattawan area. We work with each client to create a unique, delicious cake for your special occasion. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. She is the secretary of ICES, Michigan Chapter - an international society of cake decorators. She has won first place in Chicago for her Vanilla Bean Cake. She is also FIGPC International Cake Designer. She is also a Pastry Chef who graduated summa cum laude.
