Rich Grains Bakery is a family owned and operated Local Bakery serving the Milan, Saline, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti Area. Our focus is to provide authentic artisan rustic breads and delicious European-style pastries! My name is Kyle Purcell, and Rich Grains Bakery grew out of my passion to own a small local community supported bakery. Rich Grains Bakery started in March of 2022. Our mission is to provide freshly milled organically grown whole grains in all of our breads, and of course, to provide the most stellar flavor experience in our sourdough breads. Tracing back our flours to the fields in which they were grown is a fundamental part of our bread baking commitment to quality. It is truly important to know where our food comes from!
