Pop Culture creates custom cake pops, cookies, cakes and other chocolate covered treats including Oreo's and Rice Krispie Treats. Most people aren't sure what a cake pop is. They are cakes mixed with a binder, usually frosting, rolled into balls or other shapes then dipped in chocolate and decorated...basically they are YUM on a stick!
