Welcome to the Czech Out Bakery, a small home-based business in Albion, Maine. Our pie cookies come in over 25 flavors with customizable themes. All our confections are made from scratch in small batches using local ingredients as much as possible. Gluten Free options are available. We also specialize on Czech pastries. Our goods can be purchased at local stores and businesses throughout Central Maine. We also do special orders and you can find us at fairs and local events.
