Nolita Bakery started as a pop-up in New Orleans in 2021, and it has been satisfying happy bellies ever since. The bakery is helmed by Chef Martha Gilreath, whose Louisiana roots run deep, and her Texas accent is thick. Her pastries are flavorful and unforgettable.
