Mille Fête, a refined seasonal bakery and wine bar featuring small sweet and savory bites along with biodynamic, low-intervention selections is now open. Launched byJames Beard award-winning chef, Robynne Maii, and husband, Chuck Bussler in partnership with pastry chef extraordinaire, Katherine Yang, founder of Gigi Blue, Mille Fête features an assortment of adored bread such as Fête’s sourdough loaves, pillowy kopitiam, piquant lardo bread studded with pancetta and Portuguese sausage, Okinawan sweet potato rolls, and “snacking” cakes including Chantilly-stuffed deviled chocolate cake enrobed in cocoa goodness affectionately named “bells”, calamansi coffee cake, and more.
