A family-run Home Made Food Operation, we are proponents, patrons and purveyors of locally-milled grains and the breads they inspire, great-tasting classic Brownies, and multi-ingredient versions of granola using local and organic ingredients and domestic-made equipment whenever possible. It’s been a long time since wheat was grown here in places like Kula and the local mill is even a thing of the past. We don’t know if wheat deserves a Hawaiian renaissance but we have a simple mission of offering nutritious breads and tasty treats.
