Gator's Cakes

Gators Cakes is a product of a family tradition. Whenever there was a birthday or celebration my mother would do the cakes and other bakery. I would watch her prepare the bakery, until one day around my 12-years old, I asked her to teach me how she did it. I eventually started baking vanilla cakes and inviting my friends over to play or to have an evening snack. My skills continued to polish and I eventually mom and I entered our own mother/daughter bakery competition. The tradition went on from her generation to mine. After I married and became a mom, I continued baking the cakes for my children and family. I never thought to turn my skills into a business. Bakery is a labor of edible love.
