Welcome to the bread family! Our approach is classical and fun. No shortcuts and no additives can be found in our products. We mill our own organic flour in-house & bake everything daily in Key Biscayne. Flour and Weirdoughs represents family, community and inclusivity. Our “weirdough" team is made up of people with different backgrounds that share a common love for all things bread.
