Chef & the Baker – Pinellas is the wholesale bakery and catering arm of award-winning Chefs Rosana Rivera and Ricardo Castro, known for Tampa favorites like Piquant and Xilo Mexican. Chef Rosana beat Bobby Flay on Food Network with her famous empanadas, and Chef Ricardo was featured on Disney+’s *Foodtastic*. Based in Pinellas Park, we supply artisanal baked goods and empanadas to wholesale clients, including TPA Airport. We also offer catering for events of all sizes.
