Owner and pastry chef, Rachel Palmieri, focuses on customized flavors and designs to help bring any vision to life. She uses fresh ingredients and traditional Italian buttercream to keep things light and not too sweet. She enjoys making fun specialty cakes, elegant wedding cakes, and even beautiful dessert spread and displays. She tries to ensure everyone can find something to enjoy, from cake pops to French macarons to delicious cupcakes, cookies, and mousse cups. She draws on her years of experience in the industry as well as her training from the Culinary Institute of America to create new and exciting flavor profiles as well as beautifully crafted desserts.
