Hi there! I’m Yasmin, the owner and baker behind Yas Bake Shop. Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine, and in January 2022, I turned that passion into a reality by opening my cottage bakery. As a proud Puerto Rican living in Colorado, I love sharing traditional Puerto Rican treats along with a variety of other goodies, from breads and brownies to cookies, cupcakes, lemon bars, rice krispy treats, scones, and special occasion cakes. Every item I make is crafted with love and the finest organic and local ingredients to ensure each bite is as fresh, flavorful, and memorable as possible.
