We make all our menu items by hand from the best basic ingredients. Everything is made from scratch. We are an artisanal bakery! Our menu includes many types of donuts (fried in our food trailer), pastries, cookies, coffee (whole beans ground fresh in house), breakfast items such as breakfast burritos and omelettes, and lunch items such as turkey paninis and Monte Cristo sandwiches. We also make several types of bread for our sandwiches as well as to sell as loaves. We can make custom cakes, cupcakes, pies, dinner rolls, muffins, and any other baked good you can think of.
