Authentic French Bakery - Venez découvrir un coin de France ! Come and discover a part of France! We love good food and want to share a part of our culture with you. We use quality organic ingredients wherever possible. Our approach to bread is based on the Respectus Panis® method developed by Les Ambassadeurs du Pain. We give nature time to work for us, so there is no rapid fermentation and low salt content! We don't add gluten to our viennoiseries in addition to flour. We avoid food coloring. Our coffee comes from Laos and Ethiopia. We support small-scale producers. For our tea, we partner with Mariage Frères, the French tea specialist since 1854! We focus on the "good" rather than the "beautiful"!
