Hi! We are Anna Claire and Matthew Stinson and we have been baking traditional, handmade sourdough bread and pastries in the Opelika/Auburn area since October of 2019. After years of baking and growing our team, we finally have a place to call our own! Our storefront is located at 714 N Railroad Ave in historic downtown Opelika, AL. We will now provide fresh bread and pastries in our storefront throughout the week in addition to baking for local restaurants, coffee shops, and specialty stores.
