I am a HOME BAKERY operating under the Alabama Cottage Law. I sell "made from scratch" baked goods. Everything is made to order. I accept PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and Cash (must have exact amount when paying with cash because I never have change). A nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 the cost of the order is to be paid up front BEFORE BEING PLACED ON THE SCHEDULE. ***THIS IS NOT A STORE FRONT. I only bake when I have an order or an event to participate in. I NEVER HAVE ANYTHING READY MADE ON HAND. EVERYTHING IS SCHEDULED FOR PICK UP.
